Create a shared vision for Continuous Improvement in the region aligned with company strategy and assure accordingly execution in the countries by the CI regional and local leaders
Ensure alignment and prioritization of Regional Strategies with Project Portfolio Management
Define best set of approaches and methodologies to assure effective Portfolio/Programs/projects development, implementation and monitoring.
Develop required competencies in CI team in the region
Train associates in specific CI methodologies (mainly Lean and Project Management)
Facilitate Latin America Project Portfolio scorecard update and report
Foster best practices sharing
Guarantee all the projects have benefits in terms of savings, cost avoidance o efficiencies related to Service Level.
Establish project prioritization.
Lead periodic reviews by updating tracking documents.
Consolidate the Functions and Business projects management by implementing a platform where projects status can be tracked in an easy way but also in terms of documentation.
Definer most appropriate methodologies to apply
Mentor project leaders during the execution of each project.
Share projects knowledge with the whole BD associates.
Assure regional alignment with Continuous Improvement Global Organization
Identify where CI methodologies can support Businesses value offer to customers
Build customers projects pipeline
Train sales/ clinical team on CI methodologies
Support portfolio management and assure projects pacing and results delivery
Job Profile
Bachelor Degree in Businees Administration, Engineering or related
3 years of experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industry
8 years in Continuous Improvement Program Leadershop
8 Years managing Project Portfolios
3 Years of regional scope
English proficiency
