Objetivo de la Posición:
Liderar el Departamento de Posventa de Camiones Región (Col, Ec, Pe y Ch), asegurando la adecuada interrelación entre la región, GM, Isuzu, Itochu, proveedores, distribuidores y la red de concesionarios Chevrolet, velando por la rentabilidad de los negocios, alineado con las prioridades estratégicas de GM-ISUZU, cumpliendo los objetivos planteados.
Gestión Regional de Posventa Camiones y Buses:
Definir e implementar a nivel regional (Colombia, Ecuador, Perú y Chile), en coordinación con los country leads de Camiones en cada país, los estándares de marca. Esto permitirá mejorar la experiencia del cliente en la compra y servicio de buses y camiones y asegurar la especialización de la red de concesionarios en el negocio de buses y camiones, potencializando así el negocio de Camiones.

Tus habilidades y capacidades (calificaciones requeridas)
Título académico de tercer nivel en ingeniería (mecánica, comercial o afín)
MBA deseable
Sólido conocimiento en administración de negocios, estrategia comercial, planeación de demanda, mercadeo, negociación y manejo de clientes corporativos.
Capacidad comprobada para liderar relaciones con clientes, desarrollar equipos de alto desempeño y construir alianzas transversales sólidas.
7 años en cargos de nivel gerencial dentro de la industria automotriz o similares, de preferencia en buses y camiones, con experiencia en gestión de canales de comercialización, manejo de productos y estrategias comerciales
Nivel de inglés avanzado.
