Job Title: National Distribution Manager (Monogastrics) (SP, Faria Lima)

Location: SP, Faria Lima - Brazil

As the National Distribution Manager (Monogastrics), you will join DSM-Firmenich and drive strategic growth through high-impact distributor partnerships across Brazil and LATAM. This role combines commercial leadership, channel development, and strategic account management in a fast-paced B2B environment, offering strong exposure to regional stakeholders and significant business growth opportunities.

This position is part of the Solutions (SolCo) business within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) EssCo and SolCo are two independent entities being created as part of the divestiture of ANH to CVC Capital Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic distributor partnerships across Brazil/LATAM.
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion through effective channel management.
  • Lead joint business planning and execution with distribution partners to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Monitor commercial KPIs, sales forecasts, and pipeline performance, ensuring business targets are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and other internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement channel optimization initiatives to maximize market reach and business performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and distributor/channel management.
  • Strong commercial negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts, commercial KPIs, and sales performance.
  • Previous experience leading and developing teams (People Management).
  • Native-level Portuguese and professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
