Objetivo Principal del Puesto
Atiende, bajo la supervisión del Director Jurídico, todos los asuntos legales de las empresas de PACCAR México, incluyendo las subsidiarias de PACCAR Inc. y de PACCAR México en Centroamérica, asegurándose de dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones legales que apliquen, documentando las operaciones y llevando un estricto control de las actividades del Departamento Legal. Provee asesoría jurídica a las diferentes áreas de la organización y supervisa todos los procesos de carácter legal, así como la relación con abogados externos. Participa con el Director Jurídico en el análisis de cambios o proyectos estratégicos para anticipar posibles impactos al negocio y asesorar sobre posibles alternativas en materia legal.
