Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Commercial and Strategic Management:

  • Execute and oversee the fulfillment of the sales and business plan for each dealer, aligned with FoM objectives.
  • Negotiate annual volume and market share guides with dealers.
  • Coordinate financing strategies and commercial events with Ford Credit.
  • Promote solid and sustainable business relationships with dealers within the zone.

Operational Management:

  • Monitor the performance of each dealership.
  • Supervise and promote the proper use of resources such as demo units, advertising, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Support new vehicle launches in the zone (materials, training, and logistical support).
  • Supervise compliance with operational processes such as positive ordering, vehicle visibility, and monthly sales forecasting.

Customer Experience Management:

  • Ensure the fulfillment of CX (Customer Experience) objectives.
  • Verify and support the proper resolution of CRC (Customer Relationship Center) and SOC (Sales Operations Center) cases.
  • Foster an outstanding purchasing experience through timely follow-up on commercial processes.

Supervision and Follow-up:

  • Conduct frequent field visits to dealerships.
  • Generate meeting minutes and work plans per dealer.
  • Supervise facility conditions, displays, vehicle delivery, and compliance with corporate image standards.

Commercial Support and Events:

  • Coordinate and support regional promotional events, launches, fairs, and expos in the zone.
  • Ensure a robust, trained sales force with adequate inventory turnover.

Required Profile

Academic Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in commercial or sales roles, preferably in the automotive industry or retail.
  • Experience in dealer management, channel development, and fulfillment of sales indicators and customer satisfaction.

Technical Knowledge:

  • CRM tools, KPI analysis, and commercial performance reports.
  • Advanced Excel and commercial management platforms.
  • Strategic planning and management of sales and marketing budgets.
