Funciones:

• Desarrollar las competencias del equipo de Ventas de MDS de Argentina, mediante un trabajo intensivo de coaching y Fieldworking.
• Implementar los planes comerciales de Marketing, orientados a la consecución de objetivos de ventas, penetración del mercado y desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
• Liderar el equipo de ventas, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos.
• Coordinar con las distintas funciones (Calidad, Regulatorio, Finanzas, SAC y SC) para garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes.
• Alinear las cuotas de los vendedores de MDS para la fracción directa del Budget, generando un plan de contingencia que asegure el resultado ante imprevistos.
• Asegurar una adecuada selección de candidatos y garantizar la retención de talentos.
• Garantizar un alto nivel de motivación de su equipo y enfoque en los resultados, bajo la cultura de feedback continuo.
• Monitorear el ambiente y la situación competitiva del área implementando soluciones proactivas y respuestas rápidas.
• Implementar herramientas de gestión comercial (Salesforce)
• Participar en el diseño de planes de incentivos y programas de coaching para el equipo.
• Garantizar la correcta selección y retención de talento comercial.
• Detectar oportunidades y colaborar con el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales para adecuar las propuestas de valor de cada negocio, así como también desafiar el Go to Market imperante.
• Actuar en representación del Negocio a cargo ante entidades y organismos según se requiera.

Requisitos:

• Titulado: En Marketing, Administración, o carreras afines del área de la salud o comercialización.
• Experiencia de 5 años liderando equipos comerciales o experiencia de más de 5 años en ventas y/o acceso.
• Inglés Intermedio Avanzado.
• Experiencia previa con algún CRM corporativo.: Salesforce

Deseables:

• Deseable Certificiacion en Liderazgo y Coaching.
• Conocimientos y habilidades en negociación.
• Poseer algún curso o conocimientos en alguna metodología de ventas.
