Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead daily production operations to achieve output, quality, and cost targets.
• Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and foster a strong safety culture.
• Manage, coach, and develop production teams to drive engagement and accountability.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor production KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize resource utilization and support cost control and budget initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to projects involving process improvements and capacity expansion.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing systems
• Solid understanding of quality standards and safety regulations
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience managing KPIs and driving performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications
• Background in chemical, flavors, food, or related process industries
• Experience leading plant transformation or digitalization initiatives
