Albemarle está contratando para Chile, un Gerente de Planta DLE en el Salar de Atacama - Chile

Lo que harás

  • Definir el modelo operativo DLE, estableciendo la estructura organizacional, accountability, rutinas de liderazgo y criterios de transición desde el proyecto hacia la operación, para contar con una base operacional clara que evite decisiones a medias y permita una puesta en marcha ordenada.
  • Asegurar la preparación operacional, verificando readiness gates, sign-off de Manufacturing, criterios de handover, documentación crítica, capacitaciones, recursos y cierre de brechas antes del commissioning y start-up, para evitar atrasos, riesgos de seguridad y fallas en la transferencia operacional.
  • Dirigir la organización y cultura operacional, liderando la construcción del equipo DLE, la estrategia de dotación, onboarding, entrenamiento, liderazgo visible en seguridad y la transición hacia una operación estable, para contar con un equipo preparado, cultura de seguridad arraigada y capacidad operacional sostenible.
  • Coordinar las interfaces entre proyecto y operación, integrando ingeniería, construcción, comisionamiento, operaciones, mantenimiento, HSE, tecnología de procesos, calidad, supply chain, RRHH, legal y medio ambiente, para lograr alineamiento transversal, eliminar silos y tomar decisiones integradas entre proyecto y Manufacturing.
  • Autorizar la transferencia operacional, aprobando, aceptando o escalando el traspaso, introducción de químicos, handover y condiciones de start-up según criterios HSE, PSSR, MOC y readiness, para resguardar las decisiones críticas con criterios técnicos, de seguridad y gobernanza.

Lo que traes

Obligatorio:

  • Título profesional universitario en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería en Minas, Ingeniería Metalúrgica, Ingeniería en Procesos o carrera afín a operaciones industriales complejas.
  • Se requiere formación base que habilite la comprensión integral de procesos productivos, seguridad operacional, mantenimiento, confiabilidad, gestión de recursos y continuidad operacional de una planta.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno 4x3 y para viajes en territorio nacional y eventualmente fuera del país.
  • 5 - 10 años, en posiciones similares.
  • Deseables: Process Safety Management, HAZOP/PHA, PSSR, MOC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Reliability Centered Maintenance, RCA/RCFA, gestión de activos, liderazgo HSE, gestión de contratistas, commissioning/start-up, SAP PM o sistemas de gestión operacional aplicables a plantas industriales.
