Specific responsibilities of the role:

Carry out activities in the EHS area that are within its competence, as defined in current legislation, identifying risks, carrying out inspections and acting in the execution of improvements, prevention and control measures, guiding employees and monitoring activities, in order to guarantee safety and the physical integrity of employees.

Qualifications & Experiences

Mandatories

- Postgraduate degree completed in safety engineering;

- Active CREA, with safety engineering specialization;

- At least 5 years of work experience;

- Knowledge of the Regulatory Norms - NRs that regulate Occupational Safety in companies;

- Intermediate English;

- Good knowledge of local legal EHS requirements.

Desirable

  • Good knowledge and understanding of ISO14001 and ISO45001;
  • Experience working in the railway industry;
  • Courses in the environmental area.
