Liderar y gestionar las operaciones de los centros de distribución/frigoríficos del distrito bajo su responsabilidad, coordinando, a través de los Líderes y Gerentes de los diferentes frigoríficos las actividades de acopio, recepción, pre-enfriamiento, refrigeración y embarque de fruta, así como la administración, almacenamiento y entrega de materiales de empaque a productores.
Así mismo, asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de distribución en conformidad con los SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), manteniendo las operaciones dentro de los indicadores de eficiencia y objetivos establecidos y contribuyendo a la entrega de fruta/producto con la calidad y frescura requeridas y poder así entregar deleite de los consumidores.
