As an Account Manager II here at Honeywell, you will manage key accounts, build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Gerente de Vendas and you’ll work out of our Barueri, SP location on a Remote work schedule.

• Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with customers to deliver valueadded solutions
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
