¿Cuál será tu misión?
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas de reclutamiento, retención y productividad de agentes y promotores, así como el crecimiento en primas, pólizas y ventas, mediante el desarrollo de socios comerciales y la ejecución de estrategias comerciales efectivas.
Atracción, selección y desarrollo de nuevos promotores y agentes.
Creación de planes comerciales y estrategias para impulsar el cumplimiento de metas de ventas y reclutamiento.
Supervisión, capacitación y acompañamiento de promotores y socios comerciales para fortalecer su productividad y crecimiento profesional.
Análisis de indicadores comerciales y diseño de planes de acción para incrementar ventas, retención y conservación de negocio.
Coordinación con áreas clave como Compensación, Operaciones, Marketing, Data Analytics, RH y Mejores Prácticas para garantizar el éxito comercial de la oficina.
¿Qué buscamos?
Licenciatura en áreas Económico-Administrativas.
Experiencia en ventas y desarrollo comercial dentro del sector asegurador, especialmente en seguros de vida individual.
Liderazgo, capacidad de negociación y orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos y presupuestos.
Experiencia en reclutamiento, capacitación y desarrollo de equipos comerciales.
Conocimiento de productos de seguros, finanzas y modelos de ventas.
