Schnabel Engineering is seeking a Geotechnical Engineering Department Manager to help expand our growing geo-professional services in our Lakewood, CO office. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, project management, business development, and supervision and mentorship for junior staff for the expansion of geotechnical, geostructural and geophysical services in the Rocky Mountain region. Client development will generally focus on Power/Energy providers, Transportation, Water Infrastructure, and Public Sector entities. This expanding group will also support our existing work in water resources including dams and reservoirs, flood resiliency, and heavy-civil works related to tunnels and mining. We’re looking for a motivated candidate with a keen eye for detail, a dedication to ongoing professional growth, and a passion for joining a collaborative, inclusive team working on complex projects at the forefront of our industry. The compensation range for this position is between $125,000 to $140,000. Compensation for this position may vary based on geographic location and other factors. We remain committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation to all employees, regardless of their location.
