Working as part of a multidisciplinary consulting organization, the successful candidate will play a key role in guiding project delivery, supporting operational excellence, and driving the continued growth of the geotechnical division.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

  Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional development.

  Identify market opportunities and contribute to the expansion of geotechnical services through strategic planning and client engagement initiatives.
• 
  Establish and strengthen relationships with developers, municipalities, contractors, and other industry stakeholders to support long-term business growth.

  Represent the organization at professional associations, conferences, and industry functions to enhance visibility and generate new opportunities.
• 
  Provide leadership in the planning, execution, and review of geotechnical investigations, field programs, and laboratory testing activities.
• 
  Oversee technical deliverables, ensuring engineering solutions are practical, accurate, and aligned with project objectives.
• 
  Drive improvements in project execution, resource utilization, quality assurance, and health and safety performance.
• 
  Support regional operations by collaborating with senior leadership on organizational objectives, staffing strategies, and business priorities.
• 
  Review project risks, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.
• 
  Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to support innovation and service excellence.
