Reporting to the Support and Services manager of BuildingPoint Canada, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, conducting product demonstrations, and providing training to customers on our portfolio of hardware and software solutions
In this role, you will...
• Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to field solutions
• Prepare with the sales team and conduct product demonstrations pertaining to customer’s needs
• Establish scopes of work, prepare and deliver online or in person training. Maintain up to date course outlines
• Develop new workflows to improve effectiveness using Field solutions
• Working closely with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent, successful implementation of field solutions
• Keep up with the latest developments in Field solutions, constantly improving technical skills and knowledge to remain informed about industry and technology changes
About you...
• 2+ years’ experience with technology such as robotic total stations, laser scanners and similar solutions
