Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to work in support of an Intelligence Community client. In this key role, you’ll leverage your understanding of collection platforms and integrate sources such as SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and open‑source data to enable automated tipping and queueing.

This position does not permit hybrid or remote work with all job duties performed full-time onsite at the client facility in Springfield, VA.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide GEOINT collection tasking expertise, including automated GEOINT collection strategies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on existing and future GEOINT imaging systems and their associated architecture.
  • Assist with GEOCOM sub-committees as a GEOINT tasking SME.
  • Optimize collection and dissemination of imagery in support of the IC.
  • Validate information, refine collection strategies, and support warfighters, policymakers, internal clients, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
  • Task, coordinate, and collaborate to answer all intelligence problems.
  • Build automated multi-intelligence collection strategies to support ABI/OBP CONOPS using associated applications (JEMA, GIMS, ECO, etc.).
  • Mentor junior level Source Strategies Analysts on advanced integrated collection and tactics.
  • Produce briefings and information papers for Source leadership on the status of collection operations.
  • Brief and write at DNI/DoD level audiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess an active TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance.
  • HS diploma or GED.
  • 5+ yrs or more experience with Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection.
  • 5+ yrs of experience managing large multi-source data sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists.
  • Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets.
  • Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated locations.
  • Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization.
  • Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies to address complex or unusual intelligence problems.
  • Ability to support research phase of Information Need development and understand impacts of phenomenology on tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT.
  • Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • GEOINT Professional Certification – Fundamentals (F).
  • GEOINT Professional Certification – Collections (C).
  • Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
  • Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
  • Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
  • Operational experience with vector data.

Full-Time Salary Range for this position:
$119,200$144,100 USD
