Job Description

Ready to launch your career in Supply Chain and actually make an impact from day one?
Join the GenNext Supply Chain Program (SCP) at The Estée Lauder Companies, the global leader in prestige beauty, and build skills that matter in a truly international environment.
Our 18-month graduate program is designed to fast-track your development through three 6-month rotations. You’ll work across our Supply Chain & TR World Wide hub in Switzerland, gaining hands-on experience in real business challenges — not just observing from the sidelines.

What you’ll do

During the program, you’ll rotate across different Supply Chain areas and contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects.

Depending on your rotations, you may gain exposure for example to the following functions:

  • Supply Planning
  • Human Resources
  • Logistics
  • Procurement and others

As you progress, and based on business needs as well as your performance, you may have the opportunity to specialize in an area that fits your strengths and career goals.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to tick every box — we’re looking for motivated, curious graduates who want to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Ideally, you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or similar)
  • Are genuinely interested in Supply Chain and the consumer goods / beauty industry
  • Have gained some practical experience through internships, apprenticeships, or projects
  • Have international exposure through studies or internships
  • Are fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Enjoy working with people from different cultures
  • Are curious, analytical, and not afraid to ask questions
  • Bring a positive, hands-on mindset and fresh ideas

What’s in it for you

  • Real exposure to senior stakeholders across the value chain
  • A development journey with technical and professional training
  • Strong networking opportunities in a global company

Recruitment process
The process includes several steps to get to know you, your potential, and your expectations — while giving you the chance to get to know us, too.

We’re excited to meet you and receive your online application.
