
Genetic Counselor - Holden Comprehenseive Cancer Center - (26004124)
The University of Iowa Health Care is seeking a Genetic Counselor to provide genetic counseling services to patients and families at University of Iowa Health Care within the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center to assure the effective and efficient delivery of health care. Genetic counselors will also provide education to health professionals. The department intends to hire for 1 position rom either Genetic Counselor, requisition 26004124 or Associate Genetic Counselor, requisition 26004123, based on the qualifications of the successful candidate. Required Qualifications• Master's degree in genetics, genetic counseling or medical molecular genetics.• Board certified or board eligible as a genetic counselor.
Desired Qualifications• Educational training in the diagnosis of cancer.
