Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Genesys Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Genesys Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Genesys solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide them with customized solutions to improve their customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Genesys solutions for our clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide them with customized solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot Genesys applications, including Genesys Voice Portal, Genesys SIP Server, and Genesys Composer.
- Perform system upgrades and patches to ensure the smooth functioning of Genesys applications.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Genesys solutions.
- Provide technical support to clients and resolve any issues related to Genesys applications.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Genesys technologies and trends to continuously improve our solutions and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with Genesys solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Genesys Voice Portal, Genesys SIP Server, and Genesys Composer.
- Experience with Genesys Framework and Genesys Routing.
- Experience with Genesys reporting and analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work on different projects and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Contract Details:
- This is a full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt.
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
