Location:Irvine, CA (On Site) | Type:Full Time | Compensation:$40,000 - $150,000/year+

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!

We are seeking an experienced automotive Fleet Manager to join our Genesis dealership in Irvine, CA!

Core Responsibilities

• Sell Genesis vehicles to brokers, small businesses, and commercial buyers under fleet accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships within the local community and other key buyer segments.
• Identify and reach out to potential fleet clients, including brokers and commercial partners.
• Deliver a premium-level customer experience that reflects the Genesis brand’s luxury standards.
• Complete all required documentation, coordinate vehicle delivery, and ensure compliance with fleet sales requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements

• 2+ years of dealership fleet/commercial sales experience in a dealership
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Strong understanding of fleet sales processes and documentation
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow a book of business
