The Job:
Training Design & Delivery
- Develop and deliver training sessions on GenAI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney).
- Customise learning pathways for business functions (e.g. marketing, design, operations).
- Conduct live workshops, webinars, and one-to-one coaching.
Curriculum Development
- Design structured training content, including case studies, exercises, and assessments.
- Keep content updated with latest GenAI tools, practices, and regulatory considerations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with department leads to identify training needs.
- Gather feedback and adjust programmes for relevance and effectiveness.
Coaching & Enablement
- Provide individual and group coaching on applied GenAI use.
- Support adoption through practical examples and productivity hacks.
Requirements
The Person:
- 2-4 years’ experience in training, coaching, or L&D roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in GenAI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI tools, automation frameworks).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience designing learning materials, e-learning platforms, or blended learning.
- Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with emerging AI practices.
