Rate Range
: Up to$107/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization
: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:

● SQL
● AI/ML libraries and frameworks
● Experience designing and delivering AI solutions
● RAG and multi-agent architectures
● Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Responsibilities
:
● Partner with business teams to understand goals, use cases, and challenges.
● Lead discovery, feasibility checks, and prioritization for AI initiatives.
● Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions, including model selection, training, and deployment.
● Build and optimize Generative AI applications using Python, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.
● Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector stores, and multi-agent workflows.
● Run PoCs and pilots to validate technical and business impact.
● Evaluate new AI technologies and ensure alignment with best practices.
● Provide guidance to keep solutions scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
:
● 7+ years of experience in AI/ML and software development.
● Strong background in building scalable Generative AI systems.
● Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.
● Hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud platforms.
● Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Crew AI, or similar tools.
● Skilled in query optimization, testing, and performance tuning.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
