As a Generative AI - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will work on exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to help solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets
• Designing and developing robust data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Conducting exploratory and descriptive analysis to solve complex business problems
• Creating data visualizations to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
• Utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance data-driven decision making
• Developing and managing data pipelines and data lakes for efficient data processing
• Implementing data science workflows and troubleshooting to optimize performance
• Applying predictive modeling and neural networks to anticipate business trends
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions
• Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications
• Understanding data privacy and compliance regulations
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG
• Proven experience in chatbot design and development
• Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Skilled in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or C#
• Relevant certifications in GenAI tools and technologies preferred

-Experience in implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) preferred
