About the Role:

We are delighted to be seeking a Generative AI Motion Designer to join Kyriba’s creative team. In this role, you will play a key role in bringing Kyriba's brand, products, and stories to life through motion graphics, animation, multimedia design, and AI-enhanced creative workflows. This role combines strong visual design and storytelling skills with an understanding for emerging technologies, helping the team create engaging content across digital, print, video, events, and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, videos, and multimedia content that support strategic marketing campaigns, product launches, customer engagement programs, and brand initiatives.
• Design and produce a broad range of creative assets across digital, print, social media, web, presentations, advertising, events, and video.
• Develop engaging visual stories that simplify complex financial and technology concepts for a variety of audiences.
• Collaborate with the creative team to extend campaign concepts across static, motion, and multimedia applications.
• Create animated content for product launches, thought leadership campaigns, executive presentations, event experiences, and customer communications.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to support concept development, image generation, video production, editing, voiceovers, storyboarding, and workflow optimization while maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and creative trends, sharing knowledge and recommendations that can help improve team capabilities and efficiency.
• Support the development of scalable creative systems, templates, and reusable assets that streamline production and improve consistency.
• Design print-ready materials including event graphics, signage, collateral, reports, and other branded communications.
• Produce digital assets including social media content, web graphics, display advertising, email visuals, and campaign materials.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with Kyriba's brand standards, visual identity, and quality expectations.
• Contribute to creative innovation, process improvement, and the ongoing evolution of the team's capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in motion design, multimedia design, graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across motion graphics, animation, branding, digital marketing, print design, and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to create both static and motion-based creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience designing for multiple mediums, including digital, web, social media, presentations, video, events, and print production.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools as part of the design, animation, video production, or content creation process.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and design systems across both static and motion applications.
• Experience with AI-generated imagery, video generation, prompt development, and emerging creative technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional creative standards and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Film Production, or a related field preferred.
• Must have an online portfolio demonstrating strong motion design, visual design, and creative storytelling work.
