We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in AI and software development to join our dynamic team. As a GenAI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions. • Design and develop innovative AI applications and models using generative AI techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize AI algorithms and models to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of AI systems.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing software architectures and ensure seamless functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and propose innovative ideas for improvement.
• Document and maintain technical documentation for AI projects, ensuring knowledge transfer and collaboration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in AI application development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ for AI development.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their applications.
• Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI-specific domains is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design efficient AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Self-driven and motivated, with a passion for staying updated with AI trends and advancements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices.
