About the Role
As a Regional Data Steward within the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) organization, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems and processes. Your primary objective will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data is integrated properly to the SAP IBP system, drive system integration improvements, and support the effective execution of SIOP activities. This critical role plays an essential part in optimizing decision-making and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Monitor data quality within the SAP IBP system, ensuring the availability of accurate and reliable information e.g., ensure that there are no conflicts with other data elements (removes duplicates, overlap etc.) or that unused data elements are removed.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper configuration, functionality, and integration of SAP IBP with source and target systems, identifying and resolving system-related issues.
Manage master data update requests from SIOP participants and collaborate with functional departments responsible for updating master data according to the established data governance framework.
Provide adequate documentation on appropriate system usage and document the origin and sources for each integrated data element.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements within SIOP functions and drive system-related improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Work closely with demand planning, supply planning, and other teams to align data and system processes to achieve SIOP objectives.
Monito the CI-DS interface to analyze system performance and identify integration issues.
Stay updated with industry best practices, SAP IBP integration technology advancements to contribute to ongoing system improvements.

What You Need
Applicant Shall have 5+ years of experience in the field of Supply chain & operations planning
Bachelor/Master’s in supply chain related fields
Proven experience in data stewardship, data management, or system administration, preferably within the SIOP or supply chain domain.
Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and IT systems used in supply chain and SIOP functions.
Proficiency in using SAP IBP, CI-DS, SAP ERP systems, and data analytics software.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and drive system enhancements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in data management practices.
Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex data to provide actionable insights.
Project management skills to lead system-related initiatives and drive improvements.
Adaptable and proactive, able to navigate changing system requirements and business needs.

Certifications from accredited bodies such as ASCM
