Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant- Generalist

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Boardroom Appointments, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent and client to your business unit. Your responsibilities will include

• Proactively engaging in business development activities to attract top clients.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilising innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates.
• Conducting thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure quality placements.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in business development, including acquiring and managing key client accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
