As an HR Generalist, you’ll take the lead in managing and improving daily HR operations while ensuring full compliance with Greek labor legislation and Ergani requirements. You’ll oversee end-to-end employee processes — from onboarding and contract management to policy implementation and employee relations — acting as a key point of contact for both employees and management.

As Human Resources Generalist, You Will
• Lead daily HR operations and ensure compliance with Greek labor law and ERGANI requirements
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract management to offboarding and exit formalities
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, data, and documentation
• Coordinate with managers and departments to implement HR policies and procedures effectively
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, handling HR inquiries and providing guidance on policies and benefits
• Support payroll accuracy through timely updates of changes, absences, and related information
• Oversee medical and life insurance administration and liaise with providers when needed
• Participate in HR audits and ensure proper documentation and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience
• Contribute to HR initiatives such as engagement, performance management, and learning programs
As Human Resources Generalist, You Have
• A BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience within a dynamic, fast-paced organization
• Excellent knowledge of Greek labor legislation and hands-on experience with ERGANI
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and timelines
• Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken)
