As a Sr Human Resource Generalist, you’ll serve as a trusted HR advisor, providing both strategic and hands-on support to leaders and employees across the organization. You’ll help drive talent initiatives, strengthen our culture, and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
What you’ll do:
Conduct new hire orientation and any other necessary on-boarding activities
Support employee engagement wide initiatives
Provide administrative support including record keeping, file maintenance and HRTS entry
Strives to ensure that there is strong communication of all employee programs in an effort to increase employee engagement and morale.
Provides day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling. Assures fair and consistent administration of all human resources policies and practices. Resolves any employee concerns
Experience collaborating with all levels of staff and management in a fast-paced environment
May be involved in investigating employee related issues and/or concerns.
Works with assigned client groups to field basic questions concerning policies, procedures, benefits, payroll and processes.
Comply with all existing government, labor and legal reporting requirements to minimize company exposure to lawsuits and manages sensitive and confidential information
Administer Department of Transportation (DOT) Program
Policy administration, compliance reporting (EEOC, AAP, FAA reporting), I-9 administration etc.
Must demonstrate proficiency with common office tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Assist with recruiting efforts, candidate interview/selection, career fairs etc.
Carries out other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
5 or more years of experience in Human Resources
3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Authorized to work in the United States
Desired Skills

Creative out-of-the box thinker
Positive professional presence, strong planning and organizational skills
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry is highly desirable
