About this Position

• Partner with HRBPs, LCM, SSC, C&B team in GCN to provide excellent support related with lifecycle, C&B, TM related topics.
  
• Support managers & EEs on HR related process & inquiries.
  
• Act as team player to look for improve opp0tunities, process optimization.
  
• Support on HR or biz projects if needed.
  

What you´ll do

• Support Mgrs. & EEs to ensure daily HR process implement correctly & timely.
  
• Corporate with HRBP/ LCM/ C&B on regular reports analysis, common biz initiatives roll out & HR process/ policy/ initiatives implementation.
  
• Support HR annual activities (APR, RA, annual bonus & etc.).
  
• Provide support on HR ad hoc projects.
  
• Continuous improvements on HRG work.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Office (PPT & excel).
  
• Good English both reading & speaking.
• Big FMC HR special list experience.
  
• Site HR support experience is preferred.
  
• Familiar with labor law & HR policies.
  
• HR system (SAP) is preferred.
