Job Purpose

The General Worker is responsible for supporting
day-to-day production, warehouse, and operational activities. The role involves
handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, supporting production processes,
loading and offloading products, and ensuring compliance with company safety
and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

• 
  Assist in the production,
  inspection, packaging and palletizing of beverages as directed by
  supervisors.
• 
  Sort, pack, label, and palletize
  finished products.
• 
  Supply production lines with
  required materials and packaging components.
• 
  Remove defective products and
  report quality concerns to supervisors.
• 
  Support machine operators during
  production activities.

Warehouse and
Logistics Support

• 
  Load and offload raw materials,
  packaging materials, and finished goods.
• 
  Arrange products and materials in
  designated storage areas.
• 
  Assist in stock movement and
  inventory counts as required.
• 
  Ensure proper handling of
  products to minimize damage and wastage.

Housekeeping and
Workplace Maintenance

• 
  Maintain cleanliness and
  orderliness within production and warehouse areas.
• 
  Clean equipment, tools, and
  workstations as instructed.
• 
  Dispose of waste materials
  according to company procedures.
• 
  Ensure compliance with hygiene
  standards at all times.

Health, Safety, and
Compliance

• 
  Adhere to all company safety
  policies and procedures.
• 
  Properly use personal protective
  equipment (PPE) provided by the company.
• 
  Report unsafe conditions,
  incidents, and accidents immediately.
• 
  Participate in safety training
  and toolbox meetings.

Qualifications and
Experience

Education

• 
  KCSE Certificate (Kenya
  Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent qualification.
• 
  Basic literacy and numeracy
  skills required.

Experience

• 
  Previous experience in
  manufacturing, production, warehouse, FMCG, or factory operations is an
  added advantage.
