SHIFT SCHEDULES & COMPENSATION
We are currently building our "Ready-to-Work" pipeline for a premier, climate-controlled government facility. We have immediate needs for General Warehouse (GWH) and Technical Assembly (CT1) roles.
Shift Hours Pay Range
1st Shift Mon–Thu (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM) $16.50 – $17.00/hr
2nd Shift Mon–Thu (4:00 PM – 2:30 AM)$19.50 – $20.00/hr
weekend (AWS)Fri–Sun (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)$18.00 – $18.50/hr
ROLE DESCRIPTIONS
- CT1 Technical Labor: Handling brand-new laptop technology. Tasks include unboxing, configuration prep, and quality inspection. Requires high attention to detail.
- General Warehouse (GWH): Includes Shipping, Receiving, Boxing, and Stacking.
- Note: Boxing roles are primarily standing with no heavy lifting. Stacking roles involve manual palletizing with frequent bending and lifting.
GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE & SITE RULES
This is a high-security facility. All candidates must meet the following:
- Citizenship: Must provide an original Birth Certificate & ID OR a valid US Passport.
- No Electronics: Personal electronics (phones, smartwatches, tablets) are strictly prohibited inside the warehouse.
- Professional Initiative: During downtime, employees are expected to stay busy, assist other departments, and maintain an organized workspace.
- The 11-Month Rule: All roles are Temp-to-Hire. Eligibility for permanent hire begins near 11 months of service.
## STRICT ATTENDANCE POLICY
We are looking for serious, reliable candidates:
- First 2 Weeks: Zero call-outs or absences permitted.
- First 90 Days: Only one (1) call-out permitted.
- Prior FedEx History: If you have previously worked at any FedEx facility, you must disclose this immediately.
THE 3-PART APPLICATION PROCESS

- Screening: Pass credentials and citizenship verification.
- Office Visit (Smyrna): Visit our office for a Safety Evaluation (videos + 15-question test) and a 3-minute oral mouth swab drug screen.
