We are currently looking for a General Virtual Assistant who will help deliver outstanding customer support and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities

• 
  Provide customer support and manage client communications
• 
  Handle calls and email inquiries
• 
  Perform administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliance, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management
• 
  Assist with marketing and social media management
• 
  Follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• 
  Stay updated on changes to SOPs and company guidelines
• 
  Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values in all interactions
• 
  Provide data, updates, and reports to the leadership team as needed
• 
  Perform additional tasks as required

Requirements

Qualifications

• 
  Fluent in written and spoken English

• 
  Good American accent

• 
  Willing to undergo background checking

• 
  Quiet and professional home office setup

• 
  Willing to work the graveyard shift

• 
  Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup

• 
  Dependable electricity with power backup

• 
  Computer Requirements:

• 
  Windows: At least 12GB RAM, AMD Ryzen 5 2200/i5 8th gen or higher

• 
  Mac: At least 8GB RAM

• 
  Operating System: Windows 11 or macOS (Sequoia, Sonoma, Ventura, Tahoe)
