Job Description


This is a remote position.


About Our Client:


Our client is a passionate educator who provides valuable tutorials to a thriving community. He has also partnered with a health and wellness company to offer high-quality supplements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation:

    • Identify and research potential clients and partners.

    • Develop and implement lead generation strategies (e.g., email marketing, social media outreach).

    • Utilize online tools to find and connect with potential customers.

  • Appointment Setting:

    • Schedule appointments for our client with potential clients and partners.

    • Coordinate and manage client schedules.

  • Outreach:

    • Reach out to potential clients and partners to promote the client's tutorials and supplement offerings.

    • Build and maintain relationships with potential collaborators.

    • Respond to inquiries and provide basic customer support.


Requirements


Required Tools:


  • CRM Software:

    (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage contacts, track interactions, and monitor sales pipelines.

  • Project Management Tools:

    (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to organize tasks, deadlines, and project progress.

  • Communication & Collaboration Tools:

    (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) for efficient communication and team collaboration.

  • Email Marketing Tools:

    (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign) for creating and sending email campaigns.

  • Social Media Management Tools:

    (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) for scheduling and monitoring social media activity.

  • Video Conferencing Tools:

    (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) for online meetings and consultations.

  • Microsoft Office Suite:

    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating presentations, reports, and other documents.


Required Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Experience in the health and wellness industry.

  • Knowledge of social media marketing and advertising.

  • Experience with online communities and forums.
