Schedule: Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PSTWe are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual General Virtual Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin (required) and Cantonese (highly preferred). The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting legal or professional services environments and is capable of managing documentation, communications, and administrative tasks with precision and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative language support in Mandarin (Cantonese is a strong plus)Manage and send reminders and follow-upsRun trust reports and assist with documentation trackingTake meeting minutes accurately and professionallyHandle and organize legal and administrative documents with extreme attention to detailAssist with general administrative tasks as neededSupport occasional coordination and communication tasks
Required Qualifications:Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); Cantonese preferredFluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accuratelyPrior experience in legal, professional services, or similar white-glove environments (highly preferred)Comfortable handling emails independently and professionallyExperience working with multiple companies or clients (not limited to only one employer)Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
Nice-to-Have Skills: Background or exposure to Marketing, Operations, or AccountingFamiliarity with legal case management systems (training will be provided for firm-specific tools)
Tools & Platforms: MyCase (training provided)RingCentralGoogle Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
Technical Requirements:• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature• Working Webcam• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

hybrid work setupProximal hires (Makati and nearby areas): Employees within commuting distance of the Makati office will be required to report onsite as part of the hybrid arrangement.
Non-proximal hires (Visayas, Mindanao): Employees outside commuting proximity will remain
fully remoteTraining Arrangement: All new hires must undergo
onsite training at the Makati office. After training and deployment to their assigned accounts, the hybrid arrangement will apply.
