The General Virtual Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to enhance productivity and efficiency for the client's organization. The role involves a wide range of tasks, requiring exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and phone calls
Schedule meetings
Book travel and accommodations
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize client's calendars
Perform market research
Create presentations, as assigned
Address employees administrative queries
Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Enter data into a system
Requirements:
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Results & detail oriented, high achiever, organized, and systematic.
Basic to advanced command of computers, various software programs
and navigating the Internet.Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
Willingness to be an independent contractor.
