As a GVA, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support and maintaining seamless operations for our clients:
Client Communication & Support:
Manage calls, emails, and general communications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Core Administrative Functions:
Efficiently handle critical tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, lease renewals, compliance documents, and detailed email management.
Marketing Assistance:
Contribute to client marketing efforts, including social media management.
Adherence & Reporting:
Diligently follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stay updated on company guidelines, and provide necessary data, updates, and reports to the leadership team.
Ambassadorship:
Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values in all professional interactions.
Dedicated, Quiet Home Office
