Currently turning wrenches at Oil Changers, Valvoline, or Jiffy Lube? If you've got 2–3 years of experience with oil and fluid exchanges in a fast-paced shop, we want to talk to you — and we're ready to invest in taking your career to the next level.

GROW YOUR SKILLS, ON OUR DIME

You'll step straight into an accelerated, hands-on training program alongside our ASE-certified technicians, learning brakes, alignments, tires, and suspension work from the ground up.

• Earn your ASE certification in brakes and suspension within your first 90 days
• 100% company-paid — we cover all training costs and pay you for your training time
• Advance to Phase Two: timing belts, A/C recharge, engine repair, and diagnostics

WHO THRIVES HERE

• High energy, strong mechanical aptitude, and genuine passion for vehicles
• Self-directed — comfortable keeping pace in a busy, fast-moving shop
• Takes pride in a clean, safe workspace and pitches in as part of the team
• Available for weekend and some holiday shifts (we're open 7 days a week)

WHAT WE PROVIDE

• All hand tools and specialty tools needed to do the job right
• A structured path to becoming a fully certified, well-rounded technician
• A team environment where learning while you earn is the whole point

If you're a car enthusiast looking for real growth — not just another oil-change job — this is your opportunity.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
