
General Surgery– Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – St. Cloud, MN
Established practice with 15 surgeons and 12 advanced practice providers. Extensive mentoring program
As an Advanced Practice Provider with the General Surgery team, your practice includes, but is not limited to:
Establish a philosophy of patient and family-centered care in all patient care practices
Primary focus of this role will be inpatient care with limited OR expectations
Schedule
Work 7 days on and 7 days off (7am-5pm on the days worked)
Rotating Holidays
Compensated as a 1.0
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $118,913.60 - $153,795.20 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Preferred:
Surgical experience preferred
