As our General Support & Logistics Staff, you will keep day-to-day operations moving by handling document errands, government office transactions, driving support, and light facility maintenance. Reporting to the Finance & Compliance Officer and based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, you'll be out in the field regularly — delivering documents, processing permits, and supporting executives on the road. This role is perfect for someone dependable and resourceful who can exercise sound judgment when plans change mid-task, whether that means a closed government window, a missing document, or a blocked route.

Key Responsibilities

  • Messenger & Document Errands: Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and supplies to government offices, vendors, and clients; secure signatures or acknowledgments for all transactions requiring proof of receipt; and coordinate daily routes with the Finance & Compliance Officer, reporting delays or issues promptly.
  • Government Office Support: File and follow up on permit and registration documents, handle in-person transactions at government agency windows, and verify requirements before submission — flagging discrepancies immediately.
  • Driving & Vehicle Handling: Provide driving support for executives and staff for meetings, errands, and site visits; bring vehicles to car washes, service centers, or registration renewal as scheduled; and maintain accurate trip logs, preferably through a digital log or spreadsheet.
  • Light Maintenance & Facility Checks: Perform minor repairs including basic plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep; conduct periodic facility walk-throughs; and report maintenance concerns proactively.
  • Office Cleanliness Support: Maintain pantry cleanliness after lunch hours daily, perform end-of-shift trash disposal and common area tidying, and coordinate with the outsourced cleaning service on deeper cleaning needs.
  • General Field & Logistics Support: Assist with purchase runs, event setup, and equipment or supply transport, and respond to ad hoc field tasks as required by business operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Background in driving, messenger work, or facilities maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3 or local equivalent); working knowledge of Metro Manila routes and traffic patterns; basic computer or smartphone literacy for messaging apps, digital forms, digital trip logs or spreadsheets, and simple record-keeping.
  • Soft Skills: Sound judgment and quick adaptability when plans change; proactive in identifying and reporting issues; trustworthy and punctual, particularly when handling executive transport or confidential documents; comfortable managing a mix of routine and last-minute tasks.
  • Language: Proficient in Filipino and conversational English for coordinating with offices, vendors, and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in driving, messenger work, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with government agency filing processes (e.g., permits and registrations).
  • Combination of indoor office support and outdoor fieldwork.
  • May require early starts, late finishes, or weekend work depending on business needs.
