Office Setup & Administration (0 → 1)
- Lead the setup of the US office, including workspace selection, office leases, and facilities management
- Establish office policies, administration processes, and internal workflows
- Manage day-to-day office operations, budgeting, invoices, and vendor relationships
Recruitment Support (Early-stage Hiring)
- Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for all U.S. Based hiring, serving as an advisor to leaders on workforce planning and market intelligence
- Build talent pipelines and establish key industry partnerships to support growth targets.
HR & People Operations
- Set up and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks that ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local U.S. labor laws.
- Partner with external vendors for payroll, benefits, insurance, immigration, and legal compliance
- Own the full employee lifecycle: recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
- Implement people practices aligned with company culture and global HR standards
- Function as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership, providing strategic counsel on organizational design, culture delivery, and business-driven HR solutions.
Cross-border Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between US office and global HQ
- Ensure alignment on policies, reporting, and operational standards
- Support global projects as needed
Executive & Business Support to CEO
- Act as a trusted operations partner and provide the support to the CEO
- Provide administrative and logistical support (scheduling, travel, meetings, correspondence)
- Assist with business operations, coordination with HQ, and follow-ups on key initiativesQualificationsQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in gaming, tech, startups or fast-growing environments.
- Proven ability to build and scale HR functions, office administration from scratch (0 to 1).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
- Hands-on, flexible, and problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently with multitasking abilities Apply
