Job Description

General Supervisor, Assembly

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Onsite - Sheridan, AR

This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Opportunity

Leads
day-to-day operations of Assembly at our Arkansas Faucets Operations,
responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability. Provides
highly visible frontline leadership and continuous improvement across the value
stream.

Specific Responsibilities

Operations
Leadership

  • Achieves
    required output levels for throughput and assembly times.
  • Develops
    assembly leads and supervisors for continued growth and effectiveness.
  • Establishes
    and maintains an effective 5S culture.
  • Develops and
    enforces standard work; conducts audits as needed.
  • Communicates
    daily on PH2 targets and schedule adherence.
  • Conducts
    daily Tier 2 meetings; participates in production meetings.

Continuous
Improvement

  • Identifies
    and drives improvements throughout the value stream with focus on customer
    delivery.
  • Leads waste
    elimination projects.
  • Guides
    development of the model cell.
  • Promotes and
    executes TPM programs.
  • Establishes
    OEE baselines and improvement targets.
  • Creates a
    culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Master's in Business Administration, or related Master’s degree, preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or related manufacturing roles.
  • Minimum of 3+ years leadership experience.
  • Ability to teach, mentor, and coach across operational levels.
  • Experience with systematic problem solving.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

The salary range for this position is $92,050 - $141,850. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
