Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Affairs Manager in liaising with various business units, synchronizing work progress, following up on feedback and results, and ensuring smooth cross-departmental communication and workflow.

• Assist the General Affairs Manager in coordinating departmental business modules (restaurant, dormitory, security, etc.), including data collection, organization, analysis, and reporting.

• Prepare and organize departmental business report PPTs, data analysis reports, and other materials.

• Assist in streamlining and optimizing departmental workflows, ensuring effective implementation and execution of company management systems.

• Assist the General Affairs Manager with translation work.

• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Ability to quickly learn company management regulations, processes, and work requirements, and proficiency in relevant office software and statistical tools.

• Two or more years of administrative work experience, with translation experience.

• Strong communication, coordination, and management skills.

• Language skills: Hungarian and Chinese; English is a plus.
