aimed to be the best operations in the industry with the fastest timelines, clear and concise
communication, and a premium experience for the customer and the sales professional.
Job Responsibilities:
● Manage a team of 10-15 project coordinators to oversee quick turn around times on projects, world
class communication, and leading quality.
● Train and upskill front line staff to higher productivity and quality.
● Coordinate and problem-solve with internal departments and field operations to resolve ongoing and
new issues, prioritize assignments, handle project escalations, and maintain project timeline
expectations.
● Bring and deliver a strong healthy culture to the team by being able to facilitate growth, build morale,
keep commitments, and drive results.
Job Requirements:
● 3 – 5 years operations leadership experience required in a related or relevant role.
● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, or equivalent preferred.
● Ability to upskill individuals / team with continuous coaching and feedback and high accountability in
areas of needed improvement for following SOPs and meeting industry competitive performance
expectations.
● Ability to collaborate and work well with other managers for effective problem solving and team
building.
● Ability to manage time effectively and make quick accurate decisions.
● Self-driven to bring top performance to the team and bring strong work ethic and winning morale.
● Ability to work in a team as well as work independently.
