ROLE PURPOSE All outside duties relating to the processing of MP-104 into Ioversol, as directed by the Process Supervisor.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manual Raw Material charges and packaging of Product.
• Carry out area cleaning/housekeeping duties as per area /equipment housekeeping schedules.
• Report all processing deviations from specifications to Process Supervisor.
• Take routine batch samples for analysis by QC.
• Carry out all other duties as directed by relevant Process Supervisor
• Maintain work area in a neat, safe and clean manner.
• Participate in all site training programmes.
• Fully comply with all site quality and safety policies

Skills & Experience
Education
Good leaving Certificate. Recognised qualification in Chemistry/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering desirable but not essential
Experience
Some previous industrial experience in a Manufacturing Environment, ideally in a Chemical/Pharmaceutical Processing / cGMP Environment would be an advantage.
Problem Solving
Non-routine problems require alertness and clear thinking, followed by quick corrective action.
All problems require clear communication with direct supervisors.
Accountability
Routine problems, if not adequately dealt with, can have serious consequences. e.g. equipment damage, product loss.
