Mengkordinir, mengimplementasikan, mengawasi dan membuat laporan pecapaian dari aktivitas operasioanl General services di Site Operations Palembang agar berjalan sesuai dengan arahan atasam, rencana kerja, target, ketentuan dan standar yang berlaku
1. Mengusulkan rencana Balance Score Card (BSC) individu dan timnya
2. Mereview (planning) rencana kerja bulanan/harian yang diajukan oleh Coordinator Team terkait aktivitas General Service dalam lingkup pelayanan kendaraan & Service kendaraan, building maintenance, house keeping (kebersihan, kosumsi kantor, laundry) dan pelayanan umum lainya
3. Mengkoordinir, memonitor dan mengevaluasi :
4. Terlibat aktif dalam proses audit, identifikasi aspek bahaya, perbaikan berkelanjutan (continous improvement) dan program lainya yang terkait dengan pengembangan individu, section, atau organisasi
5. Memberikan instruksi dan memantau (monitor) aktivitas kerja anggota tim dibawah tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan ekspektasi dan aturan yang telah ditetapkan
