YOUR ROLE

The role is responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of key outsourced service areas, including cafeteria services, facility cleaning, employee transportation, and pest control and hygiene services. The position serves as the primary operational liaison between ST and its external suppliers, ensuring effective communication, service continuity, and timely issue resolution.

The incumbent is accountable for monitoring supplier performance through regular audits and KPI reviews, as well as ensuring that all services consistently meet required quality standards and agreed service levels. This includes overseeing food service quality in the cafeteria, cleaning service performance, transportation reliability, and pest control effectiveness.

A key responsibility of the role is to ensure full compliance with ST standards and applicable requirements, including ISO, RBA, and EHS standards. The role also involves supervising vendors to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, vehicle preventive maintenance, insurance, inspections, and other relevant compliance obligations.

In addition, the position is responsible for planning and coordinating operational activities such as cleaning schedules, pest control treatments, and transportation routes to improve efficiency and optimize service delivery. The role includes real-time monitoring of transportation operations to ensure punctuality and reliability.

The incumbent is also responsible for budget management across all assigned service areas, including cafeteria operations, cleaning services, transportation costs, and pest control and hygiene services, ensuring cost control and effective resource utilization.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Diploma/Degree in Industrial, Management or Engineering.
• 2-3 Years of Experience
• Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite, Power BI etc.

• English business proficiency

  Cafeteria Management

• Serve as the operational liaison between ST and cafeteria suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking and periodic audits.
• Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Verify vendor compliance with ST requirements, including ISO, RBA, and EHS standards.

• Manage the cafeteria and maintenance budgets effectively.

  Facility Cleaning Management

• Serve as the operational liaison between ST and cleaning service providers.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking and routine audits.
• Oversee cleaning service quality and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Ensure vendor compliance with ST standards, including ISO, RBA, and EHS requirements.

• Manage budgets related to general cleaning and maintenance cleaning services.

  Employee Transportation Coordination

• Develop transportation plans and route optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Act as the liaison between ST, transportation suppliers, and employees.
• Monitor vehicle operations in real time to ensure timely and reliable service.
• Ensure vendor compliance with ST standards, including ISO, RBA, and EHS requirements.
• Oversee supplier compliance related to EHS, vehicle preventive maintenance, insurance, and inspections.

• Manage the transportation budget.

  Pest Control and Hygiene

• Serve as the operational liaison between ST and pest control/hygiene service providers.
• Plan and coordinate routine pest control treatments and hygiene activities.
• Ensure vendor compliance with ST standards, including ISO, RBA, and EHS requirements.
• Monitor supplier adherence to applicable regulations and hygiene standards.

• Manage the budget for pest control and hygiene services.

  Financial Management

• SAP - PR/PO Process for ERFQ ,ERTP & CAPEX REQUEST.
