Start Your Automotive Career with a Team That Invests in You

We’re looking for a General Service Technician who takes pride in doing the basics right — from oil changes to vehicle inspections — and wants to grow their automotive career.

At Tire Tracks, a GreatWater garage, we offer the feel of a neighborhood shop with the tools, training, and support of a growing professional network. Our team values honesty, teamwork, and helping technicians develop their skills. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive shop environment, this is a great opportunity to build your future in automotive repair.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services
  • Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) to identify vehicle needs
  • Install and service wiper blades, bulbs, filters, and fluids
  • Perform tire rotations, tire repairs, and basic tire service
  • Assist with TPMS service and tire installations
  • Support technicians with vehicle inspections and shop workflow
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

As a GreatWater garage, technicians are respected and supported. We believe in honest communication, quality workmanship, and doing right by our customers and our team.

You’ll work in a team-first environment where learning is encouraged and your career growth matters.

What You Can Expect:

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Paid training and skill development
  • Modern tools and equipment
  • Supportive team environment
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Stable workflow and professional shop environment

Training & Growth Opportunities:

We believe in developing technicians from within. Many of our A-level and diagnostic technicians started in general service roles and grew their careers with us.

You’ll receive training in:

  • Flush services
  • Steering and suspension inspections and repair
  • Brakes and braking systems inspections and repair
  • Basic electrical systems
  • ASE Prep for A4 and A5

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
