Responsibilities:
Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Assist with vehicle inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about services performed.
Support senior technicians with repairs and service tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
