As our General Service Technician, you'll work on a diverse range of vehicles and challenges every single day. What You'll Master

Foundation Building

• Perform essential maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections with precision and care
• Conduct comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections, developing your eye for potential issues before they become problems
• Execute minor repairs such as belt and hose replacement, fluid exchanges, and battery installations

Diagnostic Excellence

• Learn to read vehicles like a book – every sound, vibration, and warning light tells a story
• Use your growing knowledge to identify issues that less experienced technicians might miss
• Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to ensure customers get exactly what they need

Professional Standards

• Maintain an organized, efficient workspace that reflects pride in your craft
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures without exception
• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors, helping them guide customers through their options

What We're Looking For

The Right Foundation

• Previous experience in automotive service or mechanical work is preferred, but we value potential over perfection
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
• Familiarity with shop equipment and tools
• Valid driver's license
